		<description>For me, I take my sin to the altar, and when I kneel at the rail I say in my head: I am loved, I am forgiven, I am filled, I am renewed, I am replenished, I am fed, I am resurrected, I am anointed, I am blessed, I am nourished, I am nurtured ... and in taking communion with my body, I am cleansed - and for me taking communion works because the act recognises that no living thing is perfect, but it is the striving that counts, the falling, and the getting up again.
